Diabetes Cure Diet 

Diabetes mellitus is a group of diseases characterized by high blood glucose levels resulting from defects in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Person suffering from diabetes may not be able to produce or respond to insulin, a hormone that is essential for the utilization and storage of energy fuels. Frequency of diabetes increases with increasing age and is commonly seen in middle aged to older individuals. It can contribute to increase in morbidity and mortality which can be reduced by treatment and management.

Management of diabetes includes medical nutrition therapy, medication, exercise, blood glucose monitoring and self management techniques. It should be a team effort where the individual should take the help of his family. Diabetes diet is very beneficial for the individual. It is essential to maintain a normal blood sugar level as far as possible and also to achieve optimal fat levels in the body. Diabetes diet can vary according to the needs of the individual, liking and age of the individual. It can also vary according to the phases of life of an individual like if the person is pregnant or lactating or if the person has any other illness. Diabetes diet helps in giving a diet plan to individual who can vary with age or various other conditions. This can prevent the confusion and can make the plan easier to follow.Diabeteic diet helps you feel healthy as it will not allow the individual to overeat or eat wrong kind of foods. This will also prevent the individual from gaining too much of weight and thus can prevent the individual to develop other kinds of disorders like stroke or heart diseases. This will help the person to remain healthy and fit and can also keep the sugar levels under control.

The diabetes diet should contain proper amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat. It should contain good amount of fabricant include lean meat that is low in fat. Include salads and raw vegetables. Avoid refined sweets, sugar or too much of oil .Avoid banana, mango, potatoes and sweet potatoes. Thus diabetes diet is useful in providing that can help in living the life healthy.
