How can I keep fit with Health Food Diet?

Healthy Food Diet
The most important criteria for health food diet is that the food to be eaten are concentrated, rather than the foods that are avoided. Eating a balanced diet is of priority. Everybody gets confused regarding a 'balanced diet’. A balanced diet is the one that offers all the food groups and thereby the essential nutrients in the recommended levels. Concentrating on things that are to be avoided, might result in emotional imbalance. Generally, when on a diet, the food of great preference is always restricted, such as sweets, desserts, carbonated beverages, alcohol and so on. Think about the positive factors in a diet. To be honest, it is not that difficult to adhere to a health food diet.
Beans, nuts, soy provides protein, in addition to animal foods. The smallest portion of the diet is contributed by fats and the largest contribution is by cereals. Throw all refined foods out of your diet and opt for whole foods, such as cereals, fortified bread, whole grains, legumes and pulses. Foods in their natural state taste much better than cooked. Some of them are vegetables, low fat dairy products and fruits. Steaming foods calls for less cooking, thereby retaining its freshness and nutrients. A healthy lifestyle with proper rest, no cigarettes and no alcohol is helpful. Animal foods are grilled, rather than deep fried with batter. Organic foods are gaining a lot of importance, of late. But these foods prove beneficial, when used in a long term manner. A positive attitude of healthy living is vital from the family's point of view. A healthy mood while eating is of priority. This ensures proper eating and mastication, thereby preventing any excessive eating. Neurotransmitters determine the moods and affect the appetite. Stable levels of neurotransmitter result in a positive mood, thereby choosing wisely the right kind of foods.
