Information on Fast Food Health Diet The Fast Food diet offers options for fast foods at certain parts of your life. This is especially recommended for individuals who eat out frequently and still wish to lose weight. In this fast moving world, opting for fast foods is nothing new. There is a queue outside fast food joints at all parts of time. Dr. Stephen Sinatra framed the fast food diet, wherein fast foods are opted with home foods in a ratio of 20/80 rule. Eighty per cent of the time is smart and balanced eating, which majorly happens with home food. This helps in eating out twenty per cent of the time, devoid of any regrets. You are free to eat anything in the latter 20 per cent.
Healthier options of foods are allowed in fast food joints or restaurants. The probability of eating junk foods that are over processed and loaded with calories and fat is possible. French fries and cheeseburgers are replaced by healthier foods, such as a baked potato. Mustard instead of mayo, fruit juice for fizz drinks, grilled chicken instead of batter fried ones, salad with lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, instead of mayonnaise. Eating breakfast is necessary.
Whole grains, olive oil, fish, fruits and water recommended in enough amounts. The fast food diet is suitable for a fast living and is allowed with flexible timing. The problem with this diet is that it also allows processed foods and might result in unhealthy eating pattern. The calorie levels are thereby increased. The fast food diet fits easily into a busy schedule. A pedometer is recommended to meet a daily requirement of physical activity, namely 10,000 steps, which is about 4.5 miles. Three meals a day is recommended, which might increase the hunger by the end of the day.
