Is there anything similar to Easy Weight Loss Diet. I heard about this from a friend, can you tell me something more about this?

Easy Weight Loss Diet 

There is nothing as miraculous foods that help in losing weight. Eating wise is the principle behind the loss of those extra pounds. A healthy and balanced diet is the simple principle behind a healthy weight loss. A few dietary changes made throughout the year yields results. Changes in small manner aid by cutting down the calories to a great extent. Avoiding certain foods and opting for low calorie or low fat substitutes is of immense help in your weight losing venture. To start with breakfast, the most important part of your daily meal. Avoid skipping breakfast.

Avoid skipping breakfast, as it results in fatigue. This increases your hunger pangs, by the end of the day. A shake with soy and vanilla essence is good enough to start with. Skimmed milk is preferred. Cereals of whole grains is helpful in cutting down on a few calories, as a part of the breakfast. High quality protein in the form of scrambled egg on a non stick cookware is helpful. Fruits and vegetables for lunch prove beneficial, in providing satiety to the meal. Burgers with lots of vegetables, devoid of mayonnaise is helpful. Salads with bread croutons or beans or a salad dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and vinegar is preferred.
