Easy Rapid Weight Loss 

Easy rapid weight loss is achieved by exercise and diet. These techniques help to lose weight in a healthy manner. Weight loss surgeries and diet pills are the other alternatives available. The latter fail to be recognised as healthy methods of weight loss. This gives rise to serious thoughts, as serious side effects are possible. They also prove to be expensive. A diet with the basic five food groups is helpful. Animal foods such as egg, poultry and fish are helpful.

Lean meat is substituted, instead of red meat. Poultry is taken without the skin. Tinned and canned foods are not recommended. Fresh and wholesome foods are useful. Raw vegetables and fresh fruits are preferred. Four to five meals are opted for than three big meals. This helps in reducing the hunger pangs by the evening or noon time. Fried foods are avoided.
Boiling, pressure cooking, steaming and boiling are the most preferred techniques of cooking. Butter, clarified butter, dalda and margarine are the saturated foods to be abstained from. Fish oil and soya bean oil are rich sources of essential fatty acids, namely omega 3 fatty acids. About eight to ten glasses of water is recommended in a daily basis.
