Diet Information on Living Food Diet 

Plants in their original state which are uncooked and raw or alive is known as living foods. Living foods comprise fresh fruits, green vegetables, all types of nuts, edible seeds, sprouted beans and legumes, whole grains etc. Ra foods are also known as living foods incorporate a wide variety of life-sustaining nutrients such as essential minerals, vitamins, amino acids and complex proteins. The nutritional properties of these living foods are indispensable to the proper sustenance of an individual's physical functionalities.

Living Foods are known so, because they contain active and live enzymes. Generally, cooking methods are known to destroy the protein complex in the food in as low as 106 degrees Fahrenheit. All food that is cooked is free of complex proteins and moreover all forms of cooking methods for food alter the molecular construct of the nutrient and deliver it poisonous. Living foods also have staggeringly fuller nutrient measures than foods that have been cooked. Enzymes or complex proteins are known to aid in the digestion of the foods are referred to as the "vital force" and "healthiness" of food. The content of these complex proteins is supposed to be much higher in living food. It is highly critical to consume organically grown food when concentrating on living food diets. Organic food is much healthier as it does not contain any form of chemicals to produce or protect the crop. More importantly organic food is highly nutritious and the major benefits of the living food diet can achieve maximum from the consumption of organic foods. Individuals taking up the living diet consistently go through advances in their overall bodily and psychological condition, including enhanced energy, improved health, much energy, loss in weight, helps to detoxify the body and a less compromising immune system that holds out and recuperates from most common ailments without indulging in medication.
