Your weight is not too much according to your height.

According to your height, your ideal weight should be 70 kg.

For reduction of weight, you should take only 1200 calorie food in lunch and 1000 calorie in dinner.

You avoid completely the fatty food but you take butter in small amount. You should take fruit juice, yoghurt and fibrous food.

Morning & evening walk and half kilometre run or most easier way is, you go 25 stairs up and down for three times.

Only the above activity is sufficient and within twenty days, you losses 3-4 kg weight.
