Diet and a work out plan advice

What is a way that I can eat and burn fat more so that I see it? I exercise and run as a moderate amount. Please tell me a diet and a work out plan. I like to run just for an open variety of suggestions.

Exercing Tips and Diet

It is very nice to know that you believe in working out as well as diet to lose weight. Believe me when you follow this pattern it is sure that you will lose weight which will be seen and be away forever, provided your lifestyle remains the same. Keep the following points in mind to achieve your best.

  • Don't think that you are on diet and punish yourself by just eating once or twice in a day. It is perfectly fine to eat at frequent intervals as this will simply avoid excess hunger which generally leads to binging at the subsequent meals. Don't punish yourself saying you are on a diet and restrict the meals to just one or two.
  • Emphasize more on fresh fruits, vegetables and salads. Before starting your main meals have a full bowl of salad. But remember it would do no good if you load it with any fat dressings like mayonnaise or cream; to increase palatability use lemon, salt, pepper, black salt or vinegar.
  • Fat is one thing which you need to restrict when you need to lose weight but sugar is also equally important to stress on. Sugar or any other sweets would simply provide extra empty calories with no other significant nutrients. So avoid fried junk foods, refined, processed foods, sweets, carbonated beverages, sodas, colas, alcohol and other sweetened juices.
  • Take your sweet time while eating; chew each morsel thoroughly before gulping it down as this would give your body time to realize that it is full before you gulp down more than required.
  • As you like to run, jogging would be the best form of exercise to lose weight. Start with a light 5 minutes warm up and then increase your intensity gradually and then end it with a 5 minutes cool down. Gradually increase the intensity and duration of the activity, make sure that it is a continuous one which for at least 40-45 minutes.
