Evening primrose oil for sexual vigor

Male aged 30 years, can I use evening primrose oil with vitamin. E to improve my sex power.

Evening primrose oil for sexual vigor 

For better sex life it is essential to have a large penis that can stimulate the vaginal erogenous zones. The length of penis should be 5.5 to 6.5 inches on average however, for women regardless of the size, men who are attentive towards their emotional needs is what matters.

For better sex life, get good sleep that can provide energy for sex.Eat healthy foods that are low in fat and regular exercise is essential for maintaining a healthy heart so that the sexual organs are healthy.
Certain aphrodisiacs are present that can boost the sex drive. Vitamin B is helpful in testosterone construction and vigorous anxiety. Certain herbs do act as aphrodisiacs like Damien and Muira puama that can build the testosterone steroids and increase the sex drive.

Use of evening primrose oil has not been evidenced.

Certain exercises can be useful in enlargement of penis.Stretch the head of the penis outwards for 5 to 6 seconds. Hold it firmly and stretch upwards and hold it for 5 to 6 seconds. Move in the circular motion. Repeat this for 20 to 30 times.
 Hold the penis in front of you firmly for few minutes. Now pull it right side and hold for 5 to 6 seconds. Pull it left side and hold it for 5 to 6 seconds. Pull it downwards and hold it for 5 to 6 seconds. Pull it upwards and hold it for 5 to 6 seconds. Repeat this movement for a number of times.
