Tips for weight loss

You haven’t provided details about your weight and height; nevertheless losing 15 kgs in a time frame of eight months is a reasonable and fair one. Set aside an hour daily for exercises, either in the morning or at around 5pm as your exercise time. In a week comprising six day workout alternate between strength training and aerobic form of exercises every day. That way you will lose fat with aerobics and tone muscles with the resistance training. You will need to continue your exercise for the length of time you intend to lose the desired weight.

In diet, deliberately act upon reducing a massive quantity in the amount of fast foods, deep fried food products, high-sugar foods, refined white flour foods, and fatty red meat which may have been part of your diet. Substitute the same for healthier options. For example, look out for lean meats instead of fatty meats. Go for steamed, broiled and sautéed forms of cooking rather than deep frying or batter fried options.

Water is as crucial as diet and exercise in your bid to lose weight. Step up the amount of water you consume in a day, to at least eight glasses a day. Drink a glass of water half an hour before each meal; that will ensure that your portions remain small.
