Best Weight Loss

Sorry about this, but does can someone educate me on Best Weight Loss. Maybe it's a silly question, but would appreciate some help?

Best Weight Loss Diet 

The best weight loss always comes when a person follows a healthy diet with some regular exercise. This is not a silly question, but an intelligent one as the main focus in best weight loss is not to become thin and skinny but to become healthy. A best weight loss can be achieved by following a healthy diet pattern. For this include complex carbohydrates, moderate good quality proteins and minimum good fats. To get complex carbohydrates you can include whole cereals and grains and its products, fresh fruits and vegetables. These foods will not only give you good carbohydrates but will also provide various vitamins, minerals and fiber which are essential components for a healthy body. To include good quality protein in the diet have eggs, fish, lean meat, poultry and skimmed dairy products. Remember organ meats, egg yolk, shelled fish and red meat would also provide protein but along will also accompany the cholesterol and saturated fats which are not desirable. You can select good fats, as there is no need to drastically cut down your fat intake unless you are obese. 20-25% of the total calories can come form polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats like vegetable oils, nuts and oilseeds and fish. The intake of sweets can be minimal. Besides food items it is important to watch the portion size, many a times a portion which we consume is much more than the actual portion. Recognize your hunger level and stop eating when you feel full, not stuffed or over full. Make a habit to read the food labels before you consume any food to check the amount of fiber, cholesterol, sodium, total fat, proteins and carbohydrates and learn the fact that fat free is not calorie free always. Besides the dietary modifications make a habit to exercise regularly to keep the lose weight in a effective and healthy way.
