Healthy Recipes A healthy recipe is the one which provides a wide range of good nutrients in the diet. Different healthy recipes can be used to meet the nutritional requirements of the body. I can give a very good example of a healthy recipe which can be used by people who are keen to gain weight.
Dry fruit balls – Take 200 gm black seedless dates and 200 gm of mixed unsalted dry fruits like almonds, pistachio nuts, cashew nuts, raisins and walnuts. Cut the dates in to 4 pieces and cut the dry fruits in to small pieces. Heat a pan and roast all the dry fruits separately till brown. Remove from the pan and then in the end put the dates in the pan. Add a table spoon of clarified butter (prepared from cream of cow's milk) and mash the dates with the help of a big spoon. With in 5 minutes these dates will form a soft lump now is the time to add all the dry fruits in it and make tiny small balls when it gets little cool. 2-3 balls can be eaten daily by people who want to gain weight. This recipe is not only rich in calories but also provides good fats, proteins and iron from the nuts and the dates.
