This result in increased eating pattern, instead, thereby results in increased weight gain, instead of weight loss. They are maximum, when followed for a few weeks, as extensive use of the same might result in malnutrition. A balanced diet is better to be followed, rather than a crash diet. It is a restrictive type of diet. It seems effective, in cases of temporary weight loss. It is clubbed with other important tips, such as exercise, diet pills or diuretics.
