Advice on lip swelling
Is it dangerous if my lips swells. and my voice is not clear.

The causative factor is to be identified. Lip swelling might be a result of insect bite, abrasion and infection. Your voice, if unclear might be due to clogged ears or sore throat, which is again a result of infection. Take the guidance of a ENT specialist.
