Diet & exercises are the best weight loss aid. These are the natural methods for weight loss. You can practice these exercises for beneficial results.
Select the physical activity or any outdoor game that you love. Do it everyday for at least 30 to 60 minutes. But the workout should be such that you sweat & your heart rate increases. But if you start getting pain anywhere in your body then discontinue immediately as it might lead to injury. Then you can do moderate exercises daily till the time your body gets adjusted to the routine. You can also perform yoga postures, Hot Yoga, Ashtanga asana or Power yoga.
Apart form these exercises you need to eat foods that will keep your energy levels up. Eat smaller & frequent meals and do not indulge in emotional eating. Provide nutrition as well as provide you with weight loss aid. Eat more of fruits & vegetables & keep away form processed foods. Simple home cooked foods are the best & safest form of nutrition that your body can get. Drink less tea, coffee & alcohol. Stop smoking & consume lower amounts of salt & sugar. Keep your mind occupied with constructive activities to avoid stress from clouding your mind.
