Infertility is a problem from which both men and women suffer equally.



Female infertility refers to the lack of an ability to conceive. Modern science allows us to diagnose whether the infertility lies with the male or the female partner.



There can be many health and environmental factors that affect the fertility of the women. Some of these will be discussed in this article.

The following are some facts that explain factors and reasons due to which female infertility occurs. These reasons include:
  • Infertility is obvious when a female is unable to ovulate or release or produce eggs due to the misbalance of hormones. These hormonal problems can be easily diagnosed and treated effectively.
  • Infertility occurs due to an imbalance in the production of hormones such that one hormone is produced less than the normal amount while some others are being produced in a larger amount. This includes glandular problems, ovulatory disorders, and cervical mucus problems, among others                              
  • Any abnormality relating to the uterus, like fibroids, may add to the problem of infertility, Fibroids are a form of cysts that are produced due to the accumulation of the hormones that are released during the menstrual cycle. Due to their accumulation, the bleeding continues and does not stop until the fibroids are removed surgically. If fibroids continue to occur again and again, the uterus may even have to be removed.



    This problem mostly occurs in women over 35 years of age.

Healthy Diet for women’s health. Although a healthy diet is essential for every human being, it is especially important for women, especially if they are trying to conceive. A woman has to go through the hectic and difficult process of pregnancy, so her diet should be very carefully controlled. Some dietary guidelines to ensure good health in women are:
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables should be made a permanent ingredient of daily food.
  • Foods that are rich in vitamins, proteins, and calcium should be used regularly.
  • Water intake should be maximized as water is considered to be the best cleansing agent for the body’s internal organs.
  • The daily diet plan of a woman should include nutrient rich food components such as soybeans and pulses.
  • Red meat is best for women with malnutrition problems as it helps to increase the generation of red blood cells, ultimately regulating the hemoglobin level to normal.
  • Women should exercise regularly as it increases the body’s metabolism.
