Tonsils

Like adenoids, a favorite for unnecessary removal.

Tonsils are impor¬tant in the control of infection and should not be lost without due con¬sideration.

The juices to use are:

Onion 8 fl oz (225ml); carrot 8 fl oz (225m]).

Horseradish (grated) 2oz (50g); garlic 1 fl oz (25ml); pineapple 13 fl oz (375ml).

Plus anyone of the following:
Carrot 8 fl oz (225ml); celery 8 fl oz (225ml).
Alfalfa 6 fl oz (!75m!); celery 2 fl oz (50ml); carrot 8 fl oz (225ml).
Apple 8 fl oz (225ml); celery or carrot 8 fl oz (225ml).

Underweight

Not nearly as common as obesity and only rarely to be worried about. The trouble is that if the fat over the body is too thin then the insulation from extremes in temperature is poor. The remedy is to eat more food.

A good juice combination is:

Alfalfa 10 fl oz (275m!); carrot 10 fl oz (275m]).
